Walleye Stocking in Sand Lake

 On Friday, the DNR in conjunction with the Sand Lake Property Owners Assoc stocked walleye fingerlings in Sand Lake. Lakewood Lodge was one of the stock sites. Approximately 10,600 walleye were stocked from Lakewood's launch. Sand Lake received a total of approximately 40,000 walleye fingerlings stocked at 4 different locations.
